Step 2: Once we receive your request, a case ticket shall be generated and our executive shall review your case and shall provide you an amicable solution within 48 working hours. 

1. Bank Transfer for any payment mode Orders

Once the fill the google form wait for 48-72 hours for a reply.

We will arrange the reverse pickup from your end. Once the pickup will be done then reply over the same email along with your bank details.

Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your refund shall be authorized. The following can be the tentative timelines for Refund to reflect in your Bank Account.

If our reverse pickup is not available.

 The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer and shall be reimbursed your product amount and Extra Rs.80/- for returning shipping cost to your bank account. In order to claim, return shipping reimbursement, the customer is required to share the copy of Return shipping courier receipt at

1. Any product that has been washed
2. Any product not in its original condition
3. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
4. Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
5. If customer denies to accept the shipment, after the order has been shipped or is about to be delivered, then Lookethnic is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
-The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order through the login to your account. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.

Cancellation before product has shipped?
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount only INCASE of prepaid order.

Cancellation after product has shipped?
-If your product has shipped we may not be able to accept your cancellation request, please contact Customer Service and they shall be able to work out a solution for you.
